BOARD of DIRECTORS

For the past 25 years, Patti has worked professionally in non-profit ministries. During that time, she spent the first five years as the Executive Administrator at Faith Church for the Senior Pastor, Bob Bouwer. From 2006-2008, she became the Director of Community Care at Faith Church. In 2008, she began the formation of The Ravines Retreat Center and served for the next 11 years as the Executive Director before retiring. Under Patti’s leadership, The Ravines ministry grew from serving a few couples in crisis to working with couples from 46 different states and 5 other countries. 

Following her retirement from The Ravines, Patti worked for the next four years as the Development Director of Crown Point Christian School. There, she helped develop a CRM system and organized a capital campaign to raise significant funds for the growing school.  She also served a 5-year term on the Executive Board of Providence Life Services.

Patti says she was blessed to be raised in a strong, Christian family that taught her to love Jesus and serve Him with our time, talents and treasure. She has been married to her husband, Jim for over 45 years,  and has three married children and seven grandchildren.
