Andi Rispens Co-Founder/President, Board of Directors

Andi is a wife, a mom to two boys, a Christian author and speaker, and a lifelong learner. She is pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Bible Exposition from Biola University and has been teaching and leading Bible studies since 2016. Since 2020, she has been speaking and developing concepts and content for yearly women's retreats.

Before having a family, Andi spent years in sales and sales training, as well as nonprofit fundraising. She has served as Secretary on the Board of Directors at Second Life Resale Shoppe since 2023 and as the event coordinator for Crown Point Christian School's Elevate fundraising campaign. Her passions include women's discipleship and reading the Bible the way it was intended! She is an active member of Grace PCA Church, where she serves as a Bible study leader and teacher. In 2024, she released a devotional/Bible study book entitled, Get Over Yourself: Pray like Your Life Depends on It (because it does).

Lisa Bonnema Co-Founder/Vice-President, Board of Directors

Lisa has spent most of her career as a magazine journalist and freelance editor, but her true passion is sharing her Christian faith through speaking engagements and all things social media. For the last 13 years, she has encouraged thousands of women across the Midwest, Tennessee, and Colorado at women’s retreats, MomCo. (formerly MOPs) meetings, worship nights, virtual gatherings, and other special ministry events. Her faith-based writing has been published by (in)courage (a Dayspring ministry), Her View from Home, and specialneedsparenting.net. She also hosts and produces the Her Solid Ground Podcast, which just wrapped up its third season.

Lisa has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 25 years and is a “mom in progress” to three teenage daughters and a giant dog named Auggie. She lives with her family in Mokena, IL, and is an active member and ministry leader at Hickory Creek Church.
